How to book

Before booking a beat please make sure that you have read and understood the conditions that apply o that beat. There is a link on each beat's main page.

Online

Go to the Find fishing page and find the relevant beat and week that you want to fish.

Click on the relevant week start and a new window will open which will take you through our simple online booking system.

Please have your credit or debit card handy and note that we will require you to enter your name, full postcode, contact telephone number and email address.

If successful, you will be emailed an immediate booking confirmation, receipt and joining instructions.

We will also immediately notify the relevant beat by their choice of email fax or text message, so they will know to expect you.

Telephone

Check the Rod Search pages to see that the rods you want are available and that you are happy with the price.

Then contact the FishPal office by telephone on 01573 470612 in office hours(9am-5pm, Monday-Friday)

Please note that bookings cannot always be dealt with quickly if the office is busy, or is closed, and they are subject to intervening online bookings (see above).

Direct with beat

Some beats have chosen not to list their availability for the moment, so if you can't see an availability link in their web site, please get in touch with them direct, using the contact details they have given on their beat page. Please note though that you will not be able to use any of the following systems

Booking reminders

About a week before your fishing is due, we will send you a reminder to make sure that you have received and read your original booking confirmation and know what you need to do to get to the beat on the first day.

Booking protection

If you have any problems with the beat you have booked on, we are here to ensure that beats keep proper standards at all times. If you can't resolve issues yourself, please ring us straightaway, so we have a chance to rectify them before you leave.

Feedback systems

Shortly after your fishing we will email you with a feedback form so you can let us know how you got on. The results are collated for each beat manager so that they know of any issues that need to be addressed.

Reletting

If you suddenly find you can't make the days you have booked we may be able to help relet them for you providing that you have booked them through us. Please ring us for details.
